Nanette Lepore Presentation Spring/Summer 2017

If you don't know her, Nanette Lepore is a seriously awesome person who LOVES to dance and have fun. Her runway shows used to always have an amazing energy. One even ended with a dance party! Even now that Nanette switched to a presentation style to showcase her collection, she still shows her guests a good time. This season her collection was displayed on mannequins against two walls of a massive room at The Metropolis Hotel in Union Square. It was colorful and distinctly Nanette Lepore. My favorite piece was a gingham cold shoulder dress that Nanette was actually wearing for the presentation. There was an endless supply of cocktails, including a pomegranate and vodka drink that I am still craving and a fabulous guest list, including Natalie Figueroa from Orange Is The New Black. 'Til next season!
